LRF Investments MP LLC operates F45 Morris Plains at 1767 NJ-10, Morris Plains, NJ 07950 as an independently owned and operated franchisee of the F45 Training brand. We are responsible for the personal information we collect through this website.
The F45 Training brand and the corporate website at f45training.com are operated separately by FIT House of Brands under their own privacy policy. Anything you give them is governed by that policy, not this one.
This notice covers people who are enquiring about us or buying an intro offer. If you go on to become a member, the Membership Agreement you sign and the privacy policy at sign.studioiq.ai govern that relationship.

This is an advertising landing page and it carries advertising tracking. We are describing it plainly rather than burying it.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This page loads the Meta pixel, and our server also sends Meta a matching record of the same events through Meta’s Conversions API. When you submit the form or buy an intro offer we send Meta:
We do this so we can tell which ads bring people in. Meta processes this data under its own terms as a business tool provider.
Google. We use Google tools to measure ad performance and website traffic in the same way.
If you would rather not be tracked this way, most browsers let you block third-party cookies, and Meta and Google both offer ad-settings controls on their own sites. Blocking them does not affect your ability to buy an offer or book a class.
How you opt in, what you receive and how to stop are set out in our text message notice.
We do not share your mobile number, your opt-in status or your consent records with third parties or affiliates so that they can market to you. We do not sell or rent contact lists.
The hashed advertising match described in section 4 includes a hashed form of your mobile number. It is sent to Meta so that Meta can attribute your visit to one of our own ads, and for no other purpose.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
If you never become a member we keep your enquiry record for up to three years so we recognise you if you come back, and so we can show what you agreed to. Consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as we are required to evidence them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email morrisplains@f45training.com from the address you gave us, or call (973) 577-2585. We will not treat you differently for asking.
This site is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this notice we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
