Terms of Use

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and LRF Investments MP LLC, the independently owned and operated franchisee that runs F45 Morris Plains at 1767 NJ-10, Morris Plains, NJ 07950. The F45 Training brand and f45training.com are operated separately by FIT House of Brands under their own terms.

2. What these terms cover

They cover your use of this website, any enquiry you send us through it, and any intro offer you buy on it. They also cover the text messages we send you about it.

They do not replace your Membership Agreement. If you become a member, that agreement and its terms govern your membership, and it is signed separately at sign.studioiq.ai.

3. Intro offers and who they are for

Our intro offers are designed for people who are new to this studio and live or work close enough to train with us regularly, because the point of the offer is to find members, not to sell single sessions at a discount.

• Visiting from out of town. You are very welcome to train with us — buy a drop-in rather than an intro offer. Call or text the studio and we will sort it out.
• Already a member at another F45 studio. There is a separate arrangement for that through F45’s own programme. Talk to us and we will set it up.
• Been here before. Intro offers are one per person. If you have used one, we have other options and we will show you them.

If you buy an offer you are not eligible for, we will contact you, put you on the right option and refund any difference.

4. Prices, payment and refunds

Prices are shown on the page at the time you buy and include any applicable tax. Payment is processed by Mindbody; we do not store your card details. Offers and prices can change or be withdrawn at any time, which does not affect anything you have already bought.

If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact the studio and we will put it right.

5. Booking and attendance

Classes are booked through Mindbody and are subject to availability and to the cancellation window for that class. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your first class so a coach can walk you through the floor.

6. Text messages

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Full details are in our text message notice.

7. Health and safety

Exercise carries risk. Before your first class you will complete a waiver and health screen, and you should speak to a doctor if you have any condition that might affect your training. Tell your coach about anything relevant before class — that is what they are there for.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
