This notice describes how people enquiring about F45 Morris Plains consent to text messages. It is separate from how members consent, which happens inside the Membership Agreement.
On our trials page you enter your first name, last name, mobile number and email. Immediately above the submit button, and before you press it, we show this:

When you submit the form we record the date and time, your IP address, your browser, and the wording shown to you, so there is a clear record of what you agreed to. Consent is not pre-ticked and is not bundled into anything else.
Messages come from F45 Morris Plains and are sent through Twilio.
Message frequency varies with what you are doing with us. In a typical week it is a small number of messages, and more around your first visit.
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop immediately — no reason needed and nobody will ask. Reply HELP for help, or contact the studio directly on (973) 577-2585 or morrisplains@f45training.com.

We do not share your mobile number, your opt-in status or your consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes, at any time. We do not sell or rent contact lists.
