HYROX at F45

HYROX rewards preparation. Our three-phase program takes you from a solid fitness base through race-specific conditioning, so nothing on course feels unfamiliar — whether it's your first race or a personal best.

The program

Foundations → Skill → Race

Foundations

The base: engine, strength and the eight stations — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls — learned properly before they are loaded.

Skill

Pacing, transitions and technique under fatigue. The 1 km runs between stations are where races are won or lost, so that is what gets rehearsed.

Race

Race-specific conditioning and full and half simulations, so race day is a repeat of something you have already done.

HYROX classes sit on the regular schedule alongside the F45 week, so you keep the strength and cardio base while you build for a race. Our members have trained here for HYROX New York; the sims at Bogota are where the studios meet.

Who it's for

You don't need a race booked

Signed up for a HYROX and want a plan; curious about it; or you just want a harder Saturday. Every station scales like everything else on our floor, and a coach runs the class.
