F45 Track Workout & BBQ
Once a year the whole F45 family — North Paramus, Morris Plains and Bogota — trains together outdoors, then eats together. Friends and family welcome.

One park. Three studios. One workout.
- Saturday, August 22, 2026 — Overpeck Park — Henry Hoebel Area, 50 Fort Lee Rd, Leonia, NJ 07605
- An outdoor track workout coached by the studios' own coaches (participants 13+)
- BBQ, music, games and activities afterwards
- 172 people registered across the three studios in 2026
- Members bring friends and family — registration is required for every attendee, with a signed event waiver
Members hear first: the date, the registration link and the BBQ menu go out by email and text to the whole studio each summer.
