A wellness window for your residents.

We set up our InBody 570 body composition scanner in your building for a few hours, when your residents are home. Residents reserve a 10-minute window or walk up, scan in under a minute and get a personalized 60-day roadmap they can follow anywhere. No cost to the property. No cost to your residents.

For your residents

The scale only tells them what they weigh.

An InBody scan shows what they're made of. In under a minute, fully clothed, with no needles and no pinching, it measures the four numbers that actually drive how someone looks, feels and performs.

  • Body fat percentage — how much of their weight is fat, measured, not guessed from a BMI chart.
  • Skeletal muscle mass — the muscle that keeps them strong and steady and protects their joints.
  • Visceral fat level — the fat around the organs, the number most tied to long-term health.
  • Resting metabolic rate — what their body burns at rest, the honest starting point for any eating plan.

The scan uses a low, safe electrical signal (bioelectrical impedance). Anyone with a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device should skip it, and anyone who is pregnant should check with their doctor first.

For your property

An amenity that costs you nothing.

No cost, no catch

We bring the scanner, set it up and deliver every roadmap. No invoice, no contract and no obligation for the property or your residents.

Nothing to organize

Pick a window and a common room with an outlet. We send you a flyer with a QR code to post, residents reserve their own time, and we handle every follow-up.

An amenity worth announcing

Most resident events are a pizza night. This one gives every resident who comes something personal to act on for the next two months.

On their schedule

Residents reserve a 10-minute window or walk up when it suits them. No class to sit through, nothing to wear, nothing to prepare.

Private by design

Results go to each resident and only to them. Management gets a headcount and a thank-you, never anyone’s numbers.

Near the studio? They can train with us

If your building is near Morris Plains, residents are welcome to try a class with us and keep the roadmap going with a coach. That is an invitation, not a condition.

How it works

A scan window in your building, start to finish.

  1. Pick a window

A few hours when residents are home. Weekday mornings and weekends usually work best. We size it to your number of units.

  2. Post the flyer

We send a flyer with a QR code for the lobby, the mailroom or your resident app. Residents reserve a 10-minute window, and walk-ups are welcome.

  3. Scan day

Shoes and socks off, otherwise fully clothed. No workout, no fasting, nothing to prepare. Under a minute on the scanner.

  4. Same day: the roadmap

A text right after the scan, five quick questions, and their personalized 60-day roadmap arrives by email.

  5. Day 60: the re-scan

A follow-up scan measures what changed across the two phases.

Where it started

It started in a building like yours.

Our first partner program ran in August 2026 at The Atwater, the residential community our Bogota studio is part of. We set the scanner up in the building for an afternoon. Residents reserved a time or simply walked up, scanned, and got a text with their next step soon after. Your building gets the same format, at a time that suits your residents.

The scanner is the InBody 570, the same professional-grade unit our members use at all three of our studios — North Paramus, Morris Plains and Bogota — and the same scan we include with every new member's first weeks.

Why it works

The science, briefly.

Body composition beats the scale

BMI misclassified about 75 million US adults in a national sample. Visceral fat is an independent risk marker for heart and metabolic disease, and more muscle predicts a longer life. Only a scan shows those numbers [1] [2] [3].

Measuring changes behavior

Across 22 weight-loss studies, people who tracked their own numbers did better than people who didn't. The roadmap gives each person their targets and a date to measure again [4].

A reading you can trust

In a 110-person comparison with DXA, the clinical gold standard, the InBody 570's body-fat readings tracked it closely. That is why the number to watch is the change between two scans [5].
